Development of draft standards for maximum permissible emissions for KazMunayGazOnimderi LLP

CUSTOMER
KazMunayGazOnimderi LLP (a subsidiary of Samruk Kazyna JSC) — this is a single operator for the retail sale of fuels and lubricants. KazMunayGasOnimderi LLP is a part of the vertically integrated national company KazMunayGas.  Main activities: wholesale and retail sale of petroleum products, gas, sale of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), operation and repair of gas stations, oil depots, gas filling stations, automobile gas filling compressor stations; provision of services for the storage of petroleum products; laboratory tests to determine the quality of petroleum products; provision of related services at gas stations and gas stations.

TASK 
Development of draft standards of maximum permissible emissions (MPD) for "KazMunayGazOnimderi LLP" taking into account the requirements and recommendations of instructional and methodological and regulatory requirements of the current environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

SCOPE OF WORK

  • The maximum permissible emissions standards, the boundaries of the sanitary protection zone are defined in the draft MPI;
  • The standards of MPI for the period of NMU and the frequency of control over emissions of pollutants have been determined;
  • Positive conclusions of sanitary-epidemiological and environmental expertise.
