SCOPE OF WORK

• Determination of the current state of the environmental components of Astana city by sampling atmospheric air, surface water, soil, as well as collecting statistical information on the volume of accumulation (disposal) of waste;

• Inventory of stationary sources of emissions, main roads, private sector to identify sources of the greatest contribution to air pollution;

• Development of a consolidated volume of MPE for Astana;

• Assessment of the risk of exposure to the health of the population of the city of Astana;

• Development taking into account the current scientific research of the EQOQ on the main indicators of environmental quality;

• Development of measures to achieve the Environmental targets;

• Development of a program for monitoring the achievement of the Environmental targets;

• Organization and conduct of public hearings;

• Support in the approval of the Environmental targets in government agencies.
